Remote

We take a remote-first approach to work, with optional hubs for in-person activities.

Remote

Work outside the company's office. This is the default. We hire globally.

Work from anywhere (WFA)

Work from any location in the world, provided the country you work from permits it. Home, coworking space, coffee shop, library, outdoor space, hotel, airport... Employees' tax residence must be in a country approved by the company.

Hub

If we have enough staff in one location, it's possible we rent dedicated desks (or a private office) in that area.

Coworking spaces

Hot desks, dedicated desks, and private offices.

Expense card

The company provides employees with an allowance to support remote working expenses, including coworking space costs, hardware, software, and home office equipment.

In-person

There are plenty of reasons to meet in person. Culture, social interaction, training, onboarding, learning, sharing, mentorship, workshops, instant feedback, hiring, meetings, relationship building, collaboration...

Teams decide if meeting in person provides value. In some cases, such as training and onboarding, office attendance could be required for a while.

Culture

The shared values, beliefs, behaviours, and ways of working that shape how people interact and how work gets done.

Culture is created and reinforced by many factors, including: in-person interactions, online interactions, internal platforms, employee experiences, leadership behaviours, ways of working, shared values and beliefs, and relationships.

Intranet

We can use this platform to build an intranet – a private internal website. Company news, discussions, social platform, wiki, blogs, articles, training, hiring, video and text chat, onboarding, HR support, events, team updates, project management...

Chat

Video, text, email, instant messaging, or phone.

Staff meetups

Meetups can take place at different levels – company-wide, regional, departmental, and team. These can be work and/or culture-focussed meetups. Optional attendance.
